Warm ups

Jogging
Light Stretching from head to toe:
  • Head locks and neck twist
  • Rotating arms over the head
  • Waist twists
  • Back stretches
  • Knee rotations
  • Ankle rotations
Cardiovascular/Aerobic Exercises:
  • Jumping jacks
  • Running in place
  • Shadow fighting (kata)
Deep stretching:
  • Side Split
  • Hamstring stretches
Strength building:
  • Knuckle pushups
  • Chinups
  • Situps
